Where our food comes from
At GRANA, we proudly partner with local vendors whenever possible, sourcing the majority of our seafood sustainably from Northeast coastal waters. We also work with North Country Smokehouse for select pork products, while our breads are sourced from trusted local bakeries, including Pain D’Avignon on Cape Cod. We also proudly partner with High Lawn Farm for a portion of our cheeses and dairy products, supporting regional producers who share our commitment to quality and craft.
Our commitment extends behind the scenes as well, with a comprehensive composting program for all organic waste and a fryer oil recycling initiative that transforms used oil into biodiesel fuel—thoughtful practices that support our community and the environment, beautifully.
Our Menu
Dining in authentic, local style
In addition to sourcing much of our food from local producers, GRANA is proud to support Massachusetts artisans.
Our artwork has been provided by the historically respected Copley Art Society. Functional ceramics by Ogusky Ceramics and handblown glassware from Glass Studio on Cape Cod can all be found in the grand hall, along with the rich boards sourced from B&B Woodworks.
