Chef Burger, a New England native, began his career in Boston and has held prestigious roles at hospitality giants. At GRANA, he channels his passion for food into nurturing both the bellies and souls of his guests.

Pastry Chef

Pastry chef Kerry spent fifteen years at the Ritz Carlton Boston before joining GRANA, where she brings exceptional attention to detail in the design and execution of our delectable desserts.

Where our food comes from

At GRANA, we source our ingredients from local Massachusetts and Rhode Island farmers and growers wherever possible.

Our beef & pork is from Kalon Farms in Ashburnham, while Little Leaf Farms in Devens supplies our mixed greens, and SalterieOne in Duxbury provides our salt.

Dining in authentic, local style

In addition to sourcing much of our food from local producers, GRANA is proud to support Massachusetts artisans.

Our artwork has been provided by the historically respected Copley Art Society. Functional ceramics by Ogusky Ceramics and handblown glassware from Glass Studio on Cape Cod can all be found in the grand hall, along with the rich boards sourced from B&B Woodworks.
